SOLO by Bank of Georgia has opened a new Premium Banking Lounge in Batumi, introducing a fundamentally new approach to affluent banking. Designed as a concierge-style destination, the lounge offers SOLO clients access to exclusive products, tailored services, and a rich calendar of lifestyle-driven experiences, including curated events and handpicked premium brands.

The customer experience, interior design concept, and overall project were led by DINN!, an Italian-international design firm specializing in retail and physical touchpoints. The new SOLO Business Lounge reflects the evolution of the brand, setting an international benchmark through a space clearly differentiated from a traditional bank and conceived as a members-only club.

The design introduces a contemporary, surprising customer journey that seamlessly integrates banking services with lifestyle activations into a unique premium touchpoint.

Key features include a curated boutique offering jewelry, home décor, hi-tech, and travel items from leading European and global brands, supported by personal shoppers. An event area hosts weekly talks, cultural gatherings, and art experiences, while the lounge provides high-level consultancy and moments of privacy, furnished with top-tier Italian design brands. Surprising features such as a Japanese meeting room and a speakeasy club for the top clients, enhance the unique experience of SOLO.
