Nu is the name of this project. It means naked in Catalan.
Extra virgin olive oil, first pressing, the first olive, a press and nothing else. Completely stripped of external elements.
The nakedness of the olive was the concept behind this project.
A set of organic bottles, with no elements attached to the glass, elements that never ‘stain’, the naked olive in its container and nothing else.
