Pedrali “Flying Boxes” stand designed by Migliore+Servetto Architects for the 53rd edition of Salone Internazionale del Mobile was selected for the ADI Design Index 2015 and it will compete for the Compasso d’Oro 2016.

A sign of lightness and dynamism characterize the exhibition concept. Ten group of cubes open upwards in different volumes like matryoshka dolls. These volumes are outlined by a thin wireframe that reveals the products of the collections, as unique artwork installations in art galleries. All around a double filter of curtains, lights and dynamic videos create an indefinite and deep backdrop.

A video depicting “Flying Boxes” has been shown at the ADI Design Index 2015 exhibition staged in Milan at ADI for EXPO space from October 5 to 9 and will be in Rome at Serra Espositiva dell’Orto botanico from October 16 to 25.
