For their Most Luxurious and Prestigious High Rise Residential Development – ‘Hues’, Gurgaon, Supertech wanted to sell Premium Living Differently … The Project’s Sales Office was to be a mammoth 17,000 sft. curvilinear structure designed by two top names in World Architecture — AEDAS, Singapore and the iconic YOO Design, UK. We were commissioned to do the Interiors. The Brief was to emphasize the Grandeur of the Space & express the Project’s Soulful Vision in the Most Sensual way possible

Make it Large: Naturally the heights were maximised. The Arrival Hall is a sweeping double height austere atrium with floating ceilings & walls. The unique flooring pattern & ceiling design enhance the expansive breadth & depth. The neutral color palette makes the space appear endless.
Sensual Play: To bring the outdoors in, the scheme used raw Oakwood, rough textured stones, internal water bodies and a landscape inspired material palette. Fretwork panels, inspired by the great Indian Banyan Tree, are installed as freestanding walls and ceilings.

Luxe: Luxurious materials like super-white Corian, exquisite sparkling Spanish full-body large format porcelain tiles, thick hand-woven carpets & stainless steel metal art are used extensively. Freeform sofas have been upholstered in the most supple Italian Nappa leather.
Experiential Selling: To provide customers with the most optimal interactive experience, touch screen panels & video walls were installed at numerous strategic locations. Besides a huge model room, there is a fully featured ‘5D Theatre’, the first of its kind in India.
