NOVELLO by collectors is the variety store in Japan which suggests the casual good quality of daily use to men who do not forget a persistency to familiar items either. This store is located in a terminal station building in Tokyo. I aimed to emphasize its existence by sandwiching the space between the ceiling and the floor with woods, because it was surrounded in passages and there were few wall surfaces to design.

In addition, I aimed to emphasize a pillar as the icon of this store by giving an indirect lighting and white concrete blocks to the pillar as comparison with the textures of woods. As the result, according to my aim, I could appeal the existence of this store by emphasizing them.
