Established in 2008, Nexus Underwriting is the largest independent speciality Managing General Agent in London. Nexus approached Direct Painting Group with the task of crafting a stylish, flexible and modern workplace for their office relocation. For this, Nexus acquired 17,000 square feet of real estate in the centre of London to serve as their new home.

The transformed open-plan space serves as a shop window for their business, designed to allow brokers access to Nexus directly off the street. Nexus’ energetic culture has also been incorporated within the office design resulting in a space that supports its industry-leading workforce and the evolving ethos of the Nexus brand.
