The personal training gym, “THE BODY RIDE”, has been completed in Roppongi, Tokyo. THE BODY RIDE is a custom-made gym offering “Third wave workout” optimized for each member’s objective and style. Third Wave Workout is a type of gyms those offer total supports for your body maintenance in such ways instructors help members to understand their current body conditions, develop workout menus, or supervise their training and diet.

THE BODY RIDE has a wide variety of the latest training machines such as “Skillmill” and the completely private shower rooms with various bath amenities, producing the atmosphere of a high-end private gym. In the facility, the simple interiors are particular about the material feelings and make the training machines stand out in the training room.

The unique resin treated striped floors create dynamism and accents in the space along the graphical numbers for each room. In contrast to sunlight filled THE BODY RIDE, the satellite gym, “#GETOVER”, is a “hideout” type of gym on second basement, which is mainly used for group trainings. When a trainer pushed the switch, the room lights turn off and the colorful LEDs light on and start moving with bass sound BGM in line with ongoing training.

The colorful LEDs and BGM aim to produce effects to help trainees uplift their motivation and the feeling that they are trying their physical limit in the dark. In the bustling world of training gyms, we believe we have surely presented the new interpretation of what new gyms can be.
