This boldly elegant workplace located in 3,000 ft2 of an industrial building in Montreal is a noteworthy example of an office renovation project that was delivered using our ICPM (Integrated Collaborative Project Management) approach. Our client, a data science firm specializing in the electricity business, actually opted for this management approach because all professionals (architect, designer, project manager and estimate team) would form one and the same team to facilitate the delivery of its new space. The result: a metamorphosis completed on schedule and within the planned budget.

This new design also stands out for its refined and welcoming atmosphere. The pervasive use of butternut wood, in both the divisions and the fully custom-built furnishings, blends well with the large black steel-framed glass panels. Finally, our designer’s creativity combined with the technical expertise of our project manager made it possible to develop a realistic yet idealistic project without ever compromising the design or the client’s budget, of course.
