Spanning 38,000 sqft across two floors, the brief called for a workspace that would stand out in Dubai’s competitive market, offering a unique blend of luxury and functionality. One Za’abeel’s vision focused on exceptional user experience with hotel-inspired interiors and versatile facilities to meet modern business needs.

JLL’s team rose to the occasion, crafting a design that seamlessly blends local characteristics with contemporary luxury. One Offices redefines corporate workspaces by blending luxury and functionality, taking inspiration from Dubai’s landscape and the One & Only Hotel. The team created versatile areas featuring premium finishes and ergonomic designs, ensuring accommodation of diverse work styles while enhancing the user experience and prioritizing sustainability. The addition of modular lighting further enhances the versatility of the space, allowing for flexible suite configurations that can adapt to evolving needs.

The innovative design features multifunctional areas catering to various organizational needs and work styles. From manager cabins and open-plan spaces to boardrooms, meeting rooms, a library, focus rooms, and communal areas, each space is thoughtfully curated to meet modern business requirements. The reception area, featuring a majestic staircase evoking Dubai’s sunset sky and a striking sculptural chandelier, sets the tone for luxury and innovation.
