Wool and Hay’s Array Spec Suite in Sydney artfully enhances the building’s architectural features, creating four distinctive, functional spaces that cater to diverse tenant needs while elevating its market appeal.

A diverse set of speculative suites was developed to support the overall leasing strategy, showcasing the buildings potential while highlighting the unique opportunities within the asset. The design approach is focused on leveraging the buildings architectural features, enhancing the appeal of the façade and optimising the functionality of each suite.

Four distinct suites were designed to stand out within a competitive market, each offering a unique spatial experience and aesthetic. Together, the suites cater to a broad audience, providing a fresh and contemporary alternative to the existing inventory and positioning the building as a highly desirable workplace destination.

Careful consideration was given to how each space could respond to a range of tenants needs, balancing efficiency with character. Existing architectural elements were celebrated and complemented through considered planning, material selection and detailing, reinforcing the identity if the building while elevating its market presence.
