Madhava recently launched a line of certified organic honey that is as close to being straight out of the hive as you can palatably get. The packaging for their sweet nectar needed to be as equally natural and raw. Traditional mason jars, brightly colored, hand-painted labels and hand drawn type were a perfect fit.
Silkscreened caps highlight the Sweet Earth Project which donates 10 cents of every jar sold to nonprofit organizations working to save the bees and enhance sustainability. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, including retailers who agreed to sell the product after seeing the packaging.
