As part of The Landmark Residence project. MADA design factory recently completed the design of the Landmark Residence Sport Club which located in Bangkok, Thailand. The main objective of the project is to create recreation space to support the landmark Residence project. The area is around 9000 sqf. Including swimming pool, gym and restaurant that can access from main road and the Landmark Residence building.

Natural environment is built around the swimming pool also distributes the functioning spaces, towards the dressing rooms and locker, with direct access to the pool and the other sporting spaces including restaurant.

MADA design factory plan to use simple and sleek architectural form with natural materials and a lot of large tree to create privacy when people is using swimming pool. The proportion of building is the key design which MADA design factory need to be high-light. Moreover dominant red color is to create sense of entrance also lead to swimming pool by using aluminum cladding as ceiling and epoxy as floor finishes.
