LightBlocks

March 24th, 2011 by retail design blog

Looking tender but acting tough, LightBlocks are large, coloured plastic panels based on the technique used to laminate glass. All polymers are suitable, including types that are environmentally friendly, fire resistant and / or bulletproof. A purpose-designed chromatic film sandwiched between two sheets of mat or glossy plastic provides the product with colour and gives it a high degree of translucence, which can be adapted to the project in question. Panels can be made and heat-moulded on site. For use in interior design (partitions, suspended ceilings, furniture and so on).
