Catalina Fernandez is a high end pastry boutique established in San Pedro, Mexico. The concept in which the store’s interiors were based is the brand’s origin. It started in 1988 as a home based bakery and ended up as a successful pastry shop.

The client’s architectural approach to fashion became a starting point for generating the framework for the store to showcase her collection. Our response to the small trapezoidal space, was a plan which involved inserting a rectangular glass cube into the raw distressed grey shell.

Converse store, Santa Monica

Iconic shoe brand Converse has opened the doors to its third US location on the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica. The store spans 7,000 square feet and is filled with sneakers, clothes and accessories for men, women and children.
Lean tables by Coordination

The Designers from Coordination got inspired by traditional craftsmanship and created the Lean Tables as a result. By using a wedge, legs and a hexagonal boards from local oak form structural entities. At least three units join to become a table. For structural reasons the legs are slanted and as a result the single pieces seem to lean against each other.

Supermarket design is a new category in the Autoban project archive, and so is Kuruçeşme Macro Center, where the well-known supermarket chain is pilot testing their new gourmet-shopping concept. Autoban redesigned the façade and the interior of the supermarket by using raw and natural materials to create an overall industrial feel.
