Daaman women casual clothing brand flagship store opened in April 2011. The 1600 sq ft store is located at Z block DHA Lahore, Pakistan and designed and built by Adeel Mumtaz Design Management. The design direction was to create a homely feel, to simulating a very personal and private space, usually found in walk in closets of traditional villas, rather then creating an impersonal public retail space.

Although we did start off with very strong traditional elements yet, at every instance, hopelessly tried to keep it modern as well, hence the decision to adopt subtract some of the typical elements and create an abstract by the use of straight and clean lines to resolve the details; Like the solid boxy cornice and molding details; in place of wood carvings. Modern wing chairs in place of traditional wing chairs, and cylindrical custom made hanging Lamps in place of crystal chandeliers were used.
