In spite of the showroom being small, the lifestyle ambience of Bed, Bath, Kitchen and Dining have been carefully orchestrated.

A typical home with ‘an organized chaos’ look in the way the products are displayed, merchandised and sold!


A section showing the linens for dining. Besides the image-setting props, trims, artworks and framed family photographs, thee is a simulated window with curtain and such with a view of a beautiful, sunny outdoor scene.

The three frames carry commissioned artworks made by three of India’s famous contemporary Artists: Messrs. Yusuf Arakkal, Thota Tharrani and Rekha Rao. These works are transferred onto cloth, with which entire ranges of linens are made available exclusively forSWAAS’ customers.




The Fascia is given an old British colonial period look. The masonry surfaces are painted on textured surfaces with antique paint finishes; totally hand-painted.
