In one of the synonyms for Croatian hotel architecture, Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, 3LHD was engaged on the project of reconstruction of the rooms and the restaurant. Better functionality and aesthetic quality were a guiding principle in developing the concept of space design. Wood and natural materials, curtains and fabrics have been used to ensure a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere with a fantastic view of the Elaphiti Islands.

The colors of materials and furniture change depending on the room type, resulting in dominant color schemes made with fabrics, curtains and carpets that change from one room type to another. The colors of the walls and ceilings are darker and calmer to emphasize the structure and the nobility of natural elm wood combined with white surfaces of the custom made furniture. Bathroom walls are dominated by mirrors that reflect light ceramics on walls and floors.

In interior design, 3LHD worked together with product designers from Grupa Studio, who designed the furniture and lamps for the rooms, the art graphics (for the wallpaper) with stylized Mediterranean motifs, situated above the bed headboard in every room, were developed in collaboration with artist Mare Šuljak, and all of the textiles, curtains and covers were chosen in collaboration with fashion designers from Studio I-GLE.
