June 1st, 2017 by retail design blog

Grains of Purity is an installation for PANPURI signature store in GINZA SIX, an exclusive department store just opened in April 2017 in Tokyo. Using white powder as a symbol of purity and nature, keywords of the PANPURI brand, computer controlled lines of powder fall with delicate and subtle movement.

They come from the seven nozzles above that allow to display both regular and random falls. The fine powder layers over as time goes by showing the beauty of smooth curves and gentle shade.
