TAIYOU&C. furnitures by Mikiya Kobayashi

This table design is about lightness, imaging a floating wooden board. A thin slit in the middle of the table is meant to be use for office devices’ electric wires. Wood grain is enhanced by the large surfaces: 6 sizes are available from 1400 mm to 2400mm. Shapes and colors are conceived to match with the collection’s chairs and stools.

The project introduces innovation in terms of materials and techniques that create texture by grinding a rich variety of wood on the paper. The sand paper is integrated within white oak constructions, which is built in fine craft carpentry and remained as exposed as possible.

Leo Pizzo jewelry boutique by Diego Bortolato Architetto, Milan

This is the first mono-brand shop that my client, Mr. Leo Pizzo, has opened on the fashion town, Milan. Natural material, the same of the historical Villa Necchi: natural piedmont walnut (one single old tree for the whole furnitures) back painted glass and bronze. The space is develop as a museum, quite clean, and with respect with the original structures.

Tommy Hilfiger Accessoires, Minden

Tommy Hilfiger has developed a shop concept for accessories. The premier of it was by the Hagemeyer at Minden. The brand has put shoes, belts, bags and small leather articles in to the 90 sqm place. The design follows the flagship stores from New York and Paris.
