The starting point of this design was to question the criteria that customers use to select a pharmacy, beside the geographical location. What would make a pharmacy better than another one? The purpose of visiting a pharmacy is the same, purchasing medicines and seeking healing.

Very clean lines, a limited colour palette and a clinical approach. The choices in materials iare very Scandivian and airy. Even though the space is small the initial feel should be light and roomy. The menu system is created to be flexible and cater for a varied menu that changes depending on the produce available.
The 18 areas are separated through their unique design, so that each space has its own distinct design features: fruits and vegetables (The Barn), fresh meat (The Butcher), fresh fish and seafood (The Fish Market), foreign goods and specialties (The Warehouse), selected wines (La Cave), all together in the Home Park High Quality Food Store.
A glass jar that contains and preserves the saffron stems is sandwiched between a wooden mortar and pestle, made with beechwood. The cap with a added sphere -that rests inside the bottle for hygiene- combined with the bottom part, make a beautiful small crusher. We even made an ad-hoc tweezers to pluck the steams out of the glass jar.
