Distilling the very essence of the best Parisienne patisserie, and transporting East towards the hippest district in Seoul, South Korea, a country with no great ‘bread culture’ created a distinct challenge for JHP.
The answer lay in conceiving a space that was incredibly modern, with subtle references to our Gallic neighbours’ royal legacy – the Louis XIV font, patisserie ponderings and palatial chandeliers. JHP created every aspect of the brand including its identity, store architecture, interior environment, communication strategy, packaging, photographic suite, in-store movies and music playlists.
