The brief asked for a pizza place that attracts young people, especially teenager girls. The owner has other restaurants nearby and so far no offering for this group. The existing café was a good example of what was needed most – a strong colour concept and sufficient lighting to achieve visibility from the outside. The five shades of pink in horizontal layers do exactly that – together with the furniture that extends to the outside and sufficient lighting to guarantee visibility.
