The brazilian beer market is peculiar. Dominated by multinationals and large companies, it is difficult to get in. The opportunity, then, was to observe prospects unseen to the naked eye. The focus on new markets has become quite seductive, and brings attention to incongrous matters in Brazil: innovation and beer. This project encouraged the discussion of legitimate Brazilian beverage, increasingly recurring theme in the brewer sphere. With a microprodutor market receptive to innovations, such an approach has proved to be welcome and necessary.
