“Unpacked your thoughts”
“Design the silence of a space and let the elephant loose! Create the passion of an empty road, distort your feelings and drop a line on our way. We like boring things! We just hate the illusion of safety. We are falling from the ceiling. I am falling down on me. We would be sky rockets and go free! Words lost in passing, deployed where they crash. Melody is the sense of a successful design. That is my place, created by light, created by shadows and animated forms. It is only a dream on fire. A huge industry on wheels. It is a made place but is so near to the heart. Against the failure of a fear that blooms at daylight . . .”

The previous short movie script/ poem was the main element to create the basic “sculpture” of Mobhaus art + design hall. I wrote that script back in 2004. I was inspired from the work of other artist + architects and it is a part of my general written work with the title: “on a strange life that blooms at night”.

The main issue of the project (mobhaus art + design hall) was to strongly create a proper space to fit inside the work of several designers. I needed to do something different! I was looking for an artistic passage, I was looking for a script so we could be able to direct those scenes and give a title on our production. I knew that I had to deal with articles that were made by different materials; they were made on different scales and by different people!

So, the final idea was to use the above script as a manual to create a neutral hall by using plain forms with non standard shapes and to develop those forms with a low cost material like chipboard! We wanted to build inside our head a dissemble image of a wooden box. We managed to apply this concept and curry it out to the constructors by building small forms with paper. So we developed a new language using notes and models!

We really enjoyed the interactive part of the worksite progress and we really love the result! It started with some thoughts on a paper and then . . . We just unpacked everything!!!
