Respice – Independent Republic, opened its doors on June 6th, 2013 in South Miami, FL. It is the new approach to what we know today as a concept store, with products from all around the world; But not just any product, unique accessories and lifestyle items that are made by independent brands and designers.

Respice becomes the stage for the best independent fashion brands in the world. Independent Designers who choose to do one thing and do so exceedingly well. We believe that consumers have changed their set of values for good. Fashion is not about the label and the big logos anymore. It’s about the uniqueness, the joy and effort of finding something special, something that no one has seen or bought before. A real need to feel connection with the objects we use and the garments we wear.

At Respice we have a passion to find products that tell stories; that help us, as individuals, to make a statement about our life, our goals, and our pursuit of finding our own place in this world. We are the fusion of an art gallery and a retail store, where fashion accessories… the art, is displayed.
