Dedicated to the beautiful art of pastry making, Maison Christian Faure is not just a pastry shop, snacking parlor and boutique for sweet gifts, it is also and above all the first international school dedicated to French pastry in Canada! Situated on the Place Royale, in the heart of Old Montreal, the 300 years old historic building hosting Maison Christian Faure has recently been refurbished and designed with state-of-the-art equipment.

The Pastry School is the upshot of a team of accomplished and acclaimed chefs, all holding the Meilleur Ouvrier de France title. They have come together to offer a curriculum that is based on the principles and values of excellence as well as the schooling of the French know-how and art of living.
