The design of the Villas was base on the idea of a generous deck protected by a series of roofs in which the living areas are display. The Villas become a vast flat expanse for sunning or entertaining. A truly indoor – outdoor structure. The rooms are spacious, simple, and airy. From almost anywhere inside or out, the ocean views are riveting. The challenge was to provide privacy while fitting the program on 3 villas in a small lot. Making use of the lot levels and the angles, we provided the necessary privacy.
