Reflecting the philosophy, brand and culture of the global corporation, design for Westfield Corporation’s new headquarters in Century City, Los Angeles, firmly establishes a unique identity for the company’s North American operations.
The design integrates all the amenities of a contemporary corporate headquarters within three full floors. A three-story connecting staircase, café and social work areas, meeting rooms and informal collaboration areas all work to foster open and efficient connectivity between the practice groups.
State-of the-art technological infrastructure facilitates communication, minimizes paper usage and storage space and provides for a productive and energetic work environment. Drawing on a bold CMYK-based palette developed specifically for North America, each floor is uniquely identified with other design details to unify the offices.
