Office of «Russian Mortgage Bank» located in a newly renovated 18th century building near the Kremlin. Presentable, strict office space corresponds to the status of the bank, however, visitors feel here cozy homely atmosphere. Instead of the standard corridor plan we have placed an an oval «island» in the middle of this small space. It accommodates the reception desk and meeting rooms, and around this «island» located all other premises, such as open space with reception hall and the principal’s office.
