Los Angeles-based social advertising software company SHIFT has recently moved into a new 7,000 square foot office space in the city’s thriving Silicon Beach. When developing the design for our new office space, we wanted to highlight our dedication to innovation. This dedication is interwoven throughout even the most minute details of our office design, from our conference rooms (named after local cities) to our office decor. We work using dark-fiber Internet, which equals Google’s Fiber program, have plant-watering sensors that measure in real-time the parameters for crucial growth and good health of our plants.

LED lighting that saves energy and has flicker free bulbs that don’t put strain on our employees’ eyes. We also employ motion light sensors that turn on and off just by walking in and out of rooms, so we can save power. Employees have the option to use standing desks, which offer better circulation, promote health and boost energy. Because our technology is on the cutting edge of innovation, we believe our office should be, too.
