Pentagon Design has designed a new retail furniture concept for The Finnish cosmetics company Lumene. The new retail furniture concept introduces the recently renewed Lumene brand in the retail environment and in the customer experience. The simple and clean-lined furniture guides and serves the customer to find the right products.

Lumene’s new retail furniture concept was designed using Pentagon Design’s Co-Creation LAB’s user-centered design procedures, including customer observation, interviews, and probes. In addition to deepening the customer understanding, the Co-Creation LAB tools allow high-speed simulation and testing of concept ideas and prototypes.
