British menswear label Private White VC have unveiled their latest retail outlet, located in the heart of Manchester. The store is located on the ground floor of one of the world’s oldest garment factories and visitors can partake in an Access All Areas tour of the factory, guided through the various stages of the brand’s manufacturing process — from cutting, sewing and pressing to hand-finishing.

The shop includes a priceless pattern cutting table which for the past 80 years has been pride of place on The Private White V.C. Factory Floor. The store opening also coincides with the launch of the Ladies collection which is available exclusively through the Manchester outlet.

Visitors will be able to watch the factory in full flow through an “open-kitchen” type window that will transport customers back in time to the halcyon days of when Manchester was at the heart of the world’s rainwear industry, during which time it was universally referred to as “Cottonopolis.” Check out the store and the brand’s full collection over at their website.
