Fulcrum Capital Partner’s acquisition of HSBC Capital private equity operations in 2008 sparked the desire for the Vancouver firm to rebrand, and renovate their office in keeping with the sophisticated identity that their new HSBC clients were accustomed to. SSDG Interiors design team planned the office with two separate yet integrated areas for the deal team and accounting department; a central café and lounge serve as the ‘fulcrum’ of the space where staff and clients meet. The red Fulcrum logo, incorporated into details throughout the space, along with red accent walls, natural light, and a streamlined aesthetic create a unified and professional working environment.
