New concept for the high-end handcraft store “Colombia Artesanal”, located in the heart of the colonial city of Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, two steps from the famous Santo Domingo square. We thought the interior design of the project as a bridge between modernity and the ancestral traditions of Colombian’s handcrafts. Our idea was to make a modern design, elegant and attractive, with handmade wood retail furniture, painted with the “white wash style” so typical from this city. The neutral color palette allows to stand out the beauty and colors of the products of the brand. In the main wall of the store, a huge black and white print of indigenous kids submerge the visitors in the traditional world of handcrafts.
