98BAR is a bright new edition of one of the oldest cafes/ bistros based in the heart of the historical center of Larissa city. The most fundamental intention is to combine contemporary style with sleek interior design. An inviting and cozy atmosphere is materialized, keeping a neutral color palette. The use of wood and leather in this industrial- styled space enriches elegance with a retro sensation.

Elements such as leather textures or shelves decorated with books and toys create more friendly corners with references to the past. The ceiling and the facades create a dialog among shapes and materials. A cellular network, also used for ventilation reasons, adorns the ceilings and metal unorthodox grids the facades. An imposing and sophisticated atmosphere is designed and ready for delight.

This bar has been the most famous hot spot for the city since 1998 and that explains also its name. It has also been a member of a street café franchise and now it had to be turned into a bar. So the style had to be adapted to the needs of a night atmosphere space. The mood of experimenting with shapes and textures is shown in all over the place and a touch of retro over the modernity is sealing the design.

The lighting is reflected gently over surfaces of wood and emphasized on the red leather ones. The tranquility of smooth lighting is harmonically interrupted from colorful seats on the upper top section of the bar. The chesterfield-styled sofas create the perfect atmosphere to relax and socialize. The bar unit itself is the element that is used as a unifying factor between the interior and the exterior, as it lies on the edge. Metal Industrial chairs are installed all around the exterior of the bar unit.
