The open work stations and overt product display encourages intrigue into the butchery, highlighted by the strong use of directional steel rods that frame the exterior. Paired with a warm palette, the butchery emits a homely quality as all barriers are broken down between the professional and the consumer.

This is particularly enhanced by the wall of Himalayan natural salt blocks that assist with the ageing of the meat. Treating the existing columns in tiles and bent mirror paneling frames the space, enhancing the inclusive quality of the butchery. As the mirror warps the perception of the butchery, the columns project a playful atmosphere that encourages a distinct interaction within the space that is uniquely that of the Tender Gourmet Butchery.
