SCALES: “Inspired by the reflecting quality of fish scales ”. With SCALES, we seek to imitate the feeling of vibrating movement transmitted by the sheeny skin of fishes when they ripple under water. The color on the rear side tinges the white smooth surface of every piece once they get together. When assembled, the pieces suddenly make the optical miracle happen: some of them naturally irradiate colorful sparkles over the others, thus dying their former white epidermis. This new project stems from the partnership with HARMONY, a brand belonging to PERONDA. This company, settled in Castellón, has been dedicated to producing ceramic ware for more than a half century.
