Como Restaurant is located on the coast of the port city of Limassol, Cyprus. The challenge that stands before us as planners had to connect inside the space the values of the unique position by being a overlooking the harbor, while dealing with creating an intimate space in the existing structure. Our desire was to maximize the high volumes that are open to the landscape, while creating spaces on a human scale – by using figurative elements derived from water world shapes that generate the light.

The materials derived from the structure of the bakery that was in place before the construction of the building and corresponds with the chimney survived at the public square outside the restaurant. Openness and ease on one side and adherence finishing materials characterizes the traditional Italian restaurants.
