Engel & Völkers office by Tanek, Minneapolis – Minnesota

February 15th, 2016 by retail design blog

When a new international branded high-end residential real estate group bursts onto the Midwest urban landscape, they hire Tanek. Facing the Basilica of St. Mary, on the edge of Downtown Minneapolis, this historic building was once home to an auto-repair shop and has been transformed into a fresh modern office work environment. So much glass, so much light, so much better. And who knew an old automobile elevator shaft could be reborn as a conference room? *Hint: starts with a ’T’ and ends with a ‘k’.
