New building of a six-storey 3-star hotel with 132 rooms in Unterföhring near Munich. A holistic design concept is realised here with “Urban Chic” as working theme: Cool nonchalance in the mix of forms and colours, in combination with clean but outlandish elements. The reception is right in the front near the entrance of the building on the ground floor. It is the linchpin for requests, questions and a warm welcome. Furthermore, a lobby bar is located here as hotspot for best drinks.

The generous breakfast room which serves different capacities with different types of seating is located next to it. 132 rooms are awaiting the guests in the first to sixth storey. All rooms are designed for people who travel for different reasons: family travelers, city break tourists and business guests.
