Wildwood restaurant by Brown Studio, Crawley – UK

August 10th, 2016 by retail design blog

Latest project for Wildwood Restaurants by Brown Studio London. A new restaurant and deli situated in the historic George Hotel in Crawley outside of London. The restaurant replaced an existing Chinese restaurant located within the George Hotel & had to be sensitive to the historic fabric of the existing building.

The front part of the restaurant in the listed fabric contains the Deli area & party room whilst the main body of the restaurant is located in the rear area and of less historic significance. The task was to blend the brand ethos of the Wildwood brand within this existing mix of buildings whilst having to retain some key architectural elements.
