BUN ME Vietnamese Street Food Restaurant by StudioMKZ, Sydney – Australia

A recently completed project- BUN ME Vietnamese Street Food Restaurant is located on Level 2 with the new Broadway Re-developement. The aim was to create a space where patrons can enjoy Modern Vietnamese Cuisine within a rustic modern environment.

The mix of raw concrete blocks and raw steel beams- kindly collaborated with solid timber battens hovering over the eatery. Theatrical lighting played a strong role, inviting the hustle and bustle of the city into the space.
