This new project is Savoidakis bakery & patisserie in Rethymno Crete, which was entirely renovated. The 600 sqm building which houses the Savoidakis bakery & patisserie demolished and redesigned from scratch, putting the emphasis inside the store and in the design of the showcases for the best product presentation.

The materials used in the showcases are glass, marble and wood. Generally these materials are prevalent in the space. For the lighting we used hanging luminaries which were designed by the office team with LED lighting.
The earthy colors chosen have created a very warm atmosphere inside which is in harmony with the materials used in the showcases and the brick wall.

The shop’s workshops are designed to be visible from the space that the client interacts. Outside the shop a coffee room was created where metal tables and chairs were combined to fit perfectly with the style chosen.
