This year’s edition of Designart has just kicked off in Tokyo, and the Louis Vuitton Omotesando flagship pitches in with its newest range of design trophies from its prestigious Objets Nomades collection. It’s a special edition series of travel and furniture products created in Collab with a rotation of leading designers, and which was first launched in 2012, and aims to demonstrate the excellence in both creativity and craftsmanship. The new collection debuted Earlkier this year at the Salone del Mobile in Milan, and it’s for the first time the designs are being showcased here in Japan. The new collection comprises of 25 items, created by twelve designers, but showcased on the premises of Louis Vuitton Omotesando is a selection of just 13 designs, including Tokujin Yoshioka’s blossom stool, the diamond screen by Marcel Wanders, and Atelier Oï’s whimsical swing boat. In need of a trophy for your beloved home? A number of the designs can be snapped up on the spot, while others can be ordered [on through oct 31].
