In 2018 the concept for SUMMUM cheese was the return to school, to remember aromas, textures and those things that we missed so much from childhood. We decided to create a “cabás” like the one that the children took to school in the 50s to take their snack. Inside goes the cheese with a die-cut label and in the version with wedges that go the cheese cut into 8 portions.
We also designed a luxury box with a texture that encourages you to touch it to put 8 wedges in your blister or 8 glass jars with hand-sifted cheese. The Alimentaria Fair stand, where this product was presented, recreated a classroom from the 50s, creating a very pleasant atmosphere for meetings at the same time as the original.
