ThoughtWorks expects an open, equal, and free office environment to encourages communication and active sharing among employees. In the spring of 2018, STUDIO 715 has designed the new office for ThoughtWorks Beijing, which provides a brand new working experience and better explain the corporate culture of ThoughtWorks in the design language.
