We wanted to produce an experience-based restaurant unique to Hoshino Resorts. A luxury experience taking advantage of the blessed natural environment, and first-class cuisine and services. We aimed to create a dramatic, exciting and unique experience that guests can enjoy only in here.
From the reception area, you go into the closed space with a door Once you open the door, you are in the outside space in the woods facing to the Oirase mountain stream. The space on the wooden deck space is named “Apelo”, where you enjoy an aperitif and amuse bouche. After “Apelo”, you walk through a closed space and enter into the authentic main restaurant, where you can enjoy the full course. You literally experience the restaurant by moving.
