Kalina Mall is a new shopping centre in Vladivostok, Russia. It has won the CRE Award 2020, the most prestigious commercial real estate award in Russia, in the nomination ‘Best Medium Shopping Center in Russia’.
Interior and facade design was developed by Kseniya Manokhina and her architectural studio KMarchitects. Branding concept was made in collaboration of KMarchitects with Edyta Sipta.
For the inhabitants of the region the opening of Kalina Mall shopping center in Vladivostok was one of the most awaited events of the 2019. In fact, Kalina Mall has revived a formerly unpopular part of the city, becoming an attraction point for lots of local visitors as well as tourists.
