The Cask & Barrel is a premium spirits boutique, founded by G. Vincenti & Sons, showcasing some of the world’s most selective and premium single malt whisky, along with a limited batch of the finest brands of other spirits. For their second branch, the owners chose the lobby of The Intercontinental Mzaar Hotel, an all-year destination resort for locals and tourists.
Inspired by the art of whisky making, the conceptual approach is about capturing the essence and identity of each brand while maintaining an overall coherent mood. This was translated by a balanced melange of blackened walnut wood, aged copper and integrated lighting.
The revolving displays give a fun and dynamic twist to the space, just like that whisky sip spins the senses.
