The restaurant was founded by two talented and charismatic chefs with a passion for Japanese handcrafted cuisine. They are dedicated to offering patrons an unprecedented culinary experience. Based on their concept, We decided to reconcile the two conflicting concepts of modern and traditional design into a complete design. In the traditional part, we arranged the doorway with the design language of a Japanese torii using original wood and created the ceiling shape with modern sensibilities utilizing well-proportioned irregular rough fabric curtains. For the modern part, we used the design technique of removing exposed angles and corner bricks to create the facade design and curved concrete to design the contemporary bar.
